When you use Orcy Wars, we collect the following data:
- Your **Discord User ID**
- **Registration timestamp**
- Game-related data: Orcies, coins, potions, battle history, membership status

We **do NOT** collect:
- Message contents
- Email addresses
- IP addresses or location data

## 2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to:
- Provide and personalize your game experience
- Store your profile, progress, and inventory
- Enforce cooldowns, bans, and other game logic
- Verify membership subscriptions (Patreon/crypto)

## 3. Data Storage and Security
- All data is stored in a **MySQL database** hosted via **PlanetScale**.
- We use encryption, access restrictions, and backups to protect your data.
- Your data is never sold or shared with advertisers or unauthorized third parties.

## 4. Payment Integration
- **Patreon payments** are verified through webhooks and do not expose your email or billing information to us.
- **Cryptocurrency payments** are checked via the public **Binance Smart Chain** (e.g., BSCScan). No wallet data is stored.

## 5. Data Deletion and Control
- You may delete all your data at any time by using the `/deleteprofile` command.
- This will permanently remove your entire game profile and associated data from our systems.
- You may request a copy of your data via our Discord support server.

## 6. Data Retention
Your data is stored as long as your profile is active. Inactive accounts may be deleted after prolonged inactivity.

## 7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., EU, California, Brazil), you may have the right to:
- Access your stored data
- Request deletion

All requests can be submitted via our Discord server.
