# Terms of Service – Orcy Wars

## 1. Introduction
Welcome to **Orcy Wars**, a turn-based strategy RPG played through Discord. By accessing or using our bot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.

## 2. Eligibility
To use the Orcy Wars bot, you must be **13 years of age or older**. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with parental or guardian consent. Orcy Wars does not contain any adult, explicit, or harmful content.

## 3. Account Registration
To use the Service, users must register using the `/register` command. By registering, you allow us to create and store a game profile linked to your Discord User ID.

## 4. Membership and Payments
- Orcy Wars operates on a **pay-to-play model**. A monthly membership is required to access the game.
- Payments are processed via:
  - **Patreon** (OAuth & Webhook integration)
  - **Cryptocurrency (USDT)** through Binance Smart Chain
- All purchases are **non-refundable**.
- All in-game content (Orcies, coins, potions) is **digital only**, with **no real-world or resale value**.

## 5. Rules and Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Exploit bugs or mechanics
- Reverse-engineer or modify the bot
- Use bots, macros, or scripts to automate gameplay
- Violate Discord's [Terms of Service](https://discord.com/terms) or [Community Guidelines](https://discord.com/guidelines)

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your game profile.

## 6. Intellectual Property
All Orcy Wars assets, graphics, game mechanics, and content are the property of the Orcy Wars team. You may not reuse, redistribute, or modify these assets without permission.

## 7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms or acts in a harmful or abusive manner.

## 8. Limitation of Liability
Orcy Wars is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any loss of progress, data corruption, service interruptions, or indirect damages.

## 9. Modifications
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted publicly. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
